Angela Jones is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with extensive experience in program development, leadership strategy, and community engagement. Her career in the helping profession began with AmeriCorps, where she discovered a lifelong commitment to service and social impact.

Angela has held leadership roles across a range of human services organizations, including serving as Program Director at Agape Child & Family Services, where she supported homeless women and children fleeing domestic violence, and as a Program Manager in hospice care, providing guidance and compassion to families during critical life transitions. She later served as Executive Director of an adult learning program, strengthening her expertise in nonprofit management and organizational leadership.

Currently, Angela serves as Program Director at Dress for Success Washington, DC, where she leads initiatives that empower women across the DC Metro area to achieve economic independence and career success. Her work reflects a deep belief in dignity, opportunity, and the power of supportive communities and offers professional coaching to empower women in their career goals.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Spelman College, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, and a Master of Ministry degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. She also holds certifications in Nonprofit Management, Addictions Counseling, and Project Management.
