Beisi Huang

Beisi Huang serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Network, spearheading community engagement and capacity building efforts. She brings over a decade of experience in direct service and program leadership in the anti-trafficking sector, where she has held roles as a counselor, case manager, supervisor and program director.  She has authored publications on best practices in trauma-informed care, with a focus on illicit massage industry, including "Pathways Into, Through, and Beyond the Illicit Massage Industry" published in January 2026.  Beisi is a licensed clinical social worker. She has a BA from Shanghai Normal University, and an MSW and MPH from New York University.
