Caleb Grandoit

Actor

Caleb Grandoit is an actor, writer, director and dancer. He made his TV debut as Ronald Toussiant in the Netflix original Grand Army written by Katie Cappiello. His acting career however began on stage. He originated the role as Marucs in Now That Men We’re Men written by Katie Cappiello. (Steppenwolf Theater). Caleb has performed in past Opening Act play readings as Donnie in Exit Strategy and performed an original poem (both dir. By Kenny Leon at New World Stages).  As a writer Caleb’s poem MisUnderstood is featured in “Now That We’re Men: A Play and True Life Accounts of Boys, Sex, & Power”, published by Dottir Press.  His writing credits also included editing original student plays Intersections and Security Strike (dir. By Kamilah Forbes) at Opening Act’s Annual Play Reading (New World Stages). He released his first short film Only Seen As Three, in January 2020. The film was written, directed and produced by him.  His second short film April with August is set to release 2021.
