Haley Hinkle

Haley Hinkle is policy counsel for Fairplay, and organization that works to enhance children’s well-being by eliminating the exploitative and harmful business practices of marketers and Big Tech. Haley has been at Fairplay since 2022, where she focuses on the organization's work to advance new state and federal policies to protect kids' and teens' privacy and wellbeing online. She also leads Fairplay's efforts to identify and highlight Big Tech practices that violate existing laws. Previously, she clerked for the Hon. Robert L. Miller, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She received her J.D. from Indiana University – Bloomington and her B.S.J. from Northwestern University.
