Isma Zubair

Isma Zubair is Enterprise Counsel for Hilton Worldwide. Beyond her legal work, she is deeply committed to pro bono efforts and has mobilized attorneys, law students, and legal professionals throughout her career to engage in meaningful pro bono service. Isma has partnered closely with legal aid organizations, nonprofit partners, law firms, and community leaders to address issues including women's rights and gender equity, human trafficking, asylum, conviction relief, homelessness, pandemic relief, and community economic development for small businesses and nonprofits. Her work is grounded in a belief in the power of people and community-led change, and she hopes to inspire the next generation to challenge the status quo, speak up, act, and imagine what's possible.
