Jacob has been working directly with survivors of varying types of traumas since 2015. This includes survivors of familial trafficking, sextortion, CSAM, non-consensual sharing of intimate imagery, online grooming, torture, child marriage, labor trafficking, military sexual trauma, and other types of violence. Jacob currently sees clients as a therapist and is a founding member of International Protection Alliance, a nonprofit serving survivors of online sexual exploitation primarily in the US, Thailand, and Malaysia where we assist law enforcement with identifying predators, onsite digital forensics and triage of digital evidence, victim identification, and aftercare services for survivors. Jacob provides training on these topics as well as consultation to client facing staff and programs in multiple countries. Additionally, Jacob sits on the board of the Utah Social Work Association.
