Jamie Rosseland is the Member Resource Manager at Arize Together and an experienced consultant in the anti-trafficking movement. With expertise in survivor-centered program development, trauma-competent care coordination, and digital advocacy, Jamie brings both professional and lived experience to every space she enters. Her work spans from frontline mentorship and court advocacy for youth impacted by sexual exploitation to local systems change, and statewide policy initiatives.Jamie is passionate about shifting cultural narratives around the sex trade and challenging the systems that fuel exploitation. She has developed innovative support programs for survivors and led digital campaigns that amplify survivor voices. As a public speaker, Jamie has presented at countless community forums and webinars, statewide summits, and national conferences.Jamie graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. In 2018, she received the Survivor Advocate of the Year award from the Florida Attorney General’s Office for her outstanding work with youth. In her free time Jamie enjoys traveling, hiking, and escaping into a good book.
