Jennifer Freeman is a leading attorney advocate dedicated to protecting the survivors and victims of sexual abuse, child pornography (also known as “CSAM”), and exploitation.
Since filing her first child sex abuse case in 1995, Jennifer has secured countless successes and hundreds of millions of dollars for her clients. She has held accountable the estate of Jeffrey Epstein, Rockefeller University, Catholic Dioceses, the Boy Scouts, YMHA, the NYC Board of Education, private schools, camps, and many others. Jennifer exposed the FBI’s failures regarding the Epstein sex trafficking conspiracy, filing suit against the U.S. for ignoring Maria Farmer’s 1996 complaint to the FBI about Epstein – had the government done their job, over 1000 victims would have been spared and some 30 years of trauma avoided. She brought to jury verdict one of the first Title IX claims against a university.
Jennifer serves as the Chair of CHILD USAdvocacy, whose mission includes reforming child sex abuse statutes of limitations across the country to offer survivors access to justice. She has advanced statutory change for child sex abuse survivors through New York’s Child Victims Act, the Amy Vicky & Andy Act in Congress, and other legislation. Jennifer also works on a Global Task Force seeking time-bar reform around the world.
Jennifer also serves as a commentator and speaker on these issues and has appeared on many media outlets, including CNN, Fox, MS Now, NewsNation, and PBS.
