Kristy Norbert

Kristy Norbert, LCSW, is the co-founder and Executive Director of Empowered Network and a recognized thought leader in the anti-trafficking movement. She champions a model that goes beyond short-term stabilization, investing in long-term economic mobility so survivors of labor and sex trafficking can achieve financial independence and break generational cycles of exploitation and poverty.

With more than 25 years of experience working alongside marginalized communities, Kristy believes her role is to honor the dignity, strengths, and aspirations of the people and communities she serves—supporting them not only for who they are, but for who they want to become.
