Margaret “Meg” Kelsey, J.D., is the Director of the Center for Global Justice and founding director of the Human Trafficking Clinic at Regent University School of Law, Virginia's only pro bono legal clinic providing record relief to trafficking survivors. At the CGJ, Meg leads clinical training, direct survivor representation, and legislative advocacy, including co-chairing the workgroup that produced Virginia's expanded vacatur and record-clearing laws in 2025 and 2026. She holds a B.A. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and is the author of a forthcoming national research survey on criminalized survivors.
