Rebecca Zipkin

Rebecca Zipkin is an attorney and Vice President of Policy & Programs at World Without Exploitation, where she leads the development and advancement of the organization’s national policy agenda and oversees its core programs.

Prior to joining WorldWE, Rebecca served as a Senior Attorney at Sanctuary for Families, representing survivors of sexual and gender-based violence. While at Sanctuary, she founded the Campus Advocates Project, which provided legal representation to survivors of gender-based violence on college campuses, and helped lead advocacy efforts to advance anti-trafficking legislation.

Rebecca has advocated for anti-trafficking policies at the state and federal levels across the United States. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, where she prosecuted sex crimes and sex trafficking cases.

Rebecca is a graduate of Tufts University and Brooklyn Law School. She has written for and been featured by NBC News, the New York Daily News, MS NOW, CNN, WNYC, and InStyle, among other outlets.
