Steve Angel

Steve Angel currently serves as a Special Victims Detective with the Goodyear Police Department in Arizona, where he is assigned to the West Valley Sex Trafficking Task Force. He is also a sniper with the department’s Special Assignments Unit.

With over 19 years of sworn law enforcement experience, Detective Angel has built a strong focus on sex crimes and human trafficking investigations. His diverse career includes prior roles as a patrol supervisor, rescue diver, motor officer, and a member of specialty enforcement teams, including boating and off-road operations. He has also served in multiple law enforcement–community liaison positions, strengthening partnerships between police and the public.
