World Without Exploitation

Tamar (Arenson) Armon is the Development Manager at World Without Exploitation, where she drives fundraising strategy, builds and stewards relationships with individual and institutional donors, and mobilizes philanthropic investments to advance the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.

Prior to joining WorldWE, Tamar served as Strategic Partnerships Manager at the Freedom Fund, supporting global efforts to end modern slavery. During her tenure, she personally secured more than $1 million in individual philanthropic funding and contributed to broader multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts. Her work spanned institutional giving, major donor cultivation, strategic partnerships, and donor stewardship, supporting programs and advocacy initiatives around the world.

A lifelong advocate, Tamar's commitment to combating exploitation began at age 16 and has remained a driving force throughout her career. As WorldWE's first intern, she gained firsthand experience in the movement to end sexual exploitation, helping shape her longstanding commitment to survivor-centered advocacy and systemic change. Returning to WorldWE a decade later represents a full-circle moment, bringing together her professional experience in philanthropy and her dedication to the organization's mission.

Tamar holds a Bachelor's degree from Tulane University in International Relations and Political Science and a Master's degree in International Community Development and Gender from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
