Liz Corsini

Vice President

Liz Corsini is a visionary leader with more than 35 years of experience advancing equity, gender justice, and systemic change across government and nonprofit sectors, including decades in direct service with youth, women, and families. She began her career in the juvenile justice and public health systems in Boston, MA and later served for over a decade as the Vice President/COO of the Bergen Family Center in Bergen County NJ.

As Founder and CEO of the Collaborative for Organizational Change, LLC, Liz partners with organizations to strengthen impact, sustainability, and community-driven solutions. Her work centers survivor-informed practice, structural reform, cross-sector collaboration, and values-driven governance, core to building a world free from exploitation.

Holding a Master of Public Health, Liz applies a trauma-informed, public health lens, viewing trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation as both systemic injustices and preventable public health crises. She has spent her career working across systems to dismantle the conditions that enable harm, aligning closely with World Without Exploitation’s mission.

Liz has a strong track record in organizational growth, community engagement, and advocacy, consistently ensuring that those most impacted are at the center of solutions. She has served on several local and national boards where her leadership reflects a deep commitment to bodily autonomy, gender equity, and survivor-centered advocacy. 

Liz brings both strategic expertise and a steadfast belief that ending exploitation is possible and that all people deserve dignity, safety, and freedom.
