Creating Change, One Law at a Time
Georgia
In Georgia, all aspects of the sex trade—whether selling sex, buying sex, promoting it, or profiting from it—are completely illegal. The law has distinct crimes for buying (pandering) and selling sexual services (prostitution). Georgia has passed a groundbreaking vacatur law that does not limit offenses eligible for relief, including violent felony offenses committed during the course of a survivor's trafficking.
